1. Matoula restaurant

Matoula

A garden with a great view. I ate there because of the very nice place and the view. It offers the classic menu of the greek tavern, with flavours such as steak, souvlaki, fish, saganaki, bouyourdi. The dishes may be ordinary, but it is much cheaper than other restaurants with a view.

2. Oinomelo

Oinomelo

Choose Oinomelo for creative greek cuisine with traditional ingredients in a small but very nice arched interior, with a backyard and a small balcony. Specialties are the squiofichta with chicken, the trachanoto with shrimps, the soutzouki with aubergine roll, the saiti, the local spaghett makarounes with salmon and the Lemnos basket.

3. Chrisovoulo restaurant

Chrisovoulo

One of the top choices for dining. It is a luxurious space in a building of 1500 with a balcony with an unobstructed view of Myrtoon sea and Monemvasia and a warm interior. The chef plays with traditional dishes and creates an incredible mix of culinary tradition and creative mastery. Specialties are the octopus, the sea bass fillet, the crayfish in kataifi, fava beans with prawns and the feta cheese cheesecake.

4. Marianthi restaurant

Marianthi

For home-cooked food on the central cobblestone street, from a restaurant that has been offering traditional flavours such as saiti, pumpkin meatballs, citrus salad and pork stamnato for many years.

5. To Kanoni

Kanoni

In the square with the cannon, in a roof garden with a magnificent view of the square and the sea, but also with an interior space. It has been offering greek traditional dishes in a gourmet version since 1986, with specialties such as chicken makarounes, stuffed squid and caramelized pancetta.
