The long Kondyli beach (Agios Nikolaos) in Argolida - Map
20 minutes south of Nafplio is located the secluded beach Kondyli or Agios Nikolaos from the homonymous church on the opposite shore.
A long and crowded beach with a range of facilities:
- a large parking lot
- showers
- changing rooms
- beach bars with sunbeds
- water sports - games: kayak single or double, sup, pedalo, pedalo with slide, pedalo martini big, jet ski and flyboard
- lifeguard
An umbrella is required since there is no shade, if you are without one you must definitely sit on the sunbeds of the beach bars. The waters are pleasant which is why it is so popular. Although long there is little free space during the high tourist season, in July it is full only on weekends while in August every day.
It is also suitable for children, but be sure to have them with a hat and sunscreen, at first the waters are shallow. The beach is pebbly while inside is sand.
Remember that we do not sit in front of the lifeguard towers since they will be impeded in case of an emergency.
